SMG provides a suite of software services for the Healthcare Community. In addition to being one of the Lytec's most respected resellers, SMG provides Education, Training, Support and Custom Reports for the Lytec client base. We have an entire suite of add-on products for Lytec.
Lytec Custom Reports
SMG has been providing Custom Reports and Forms for it's Lytec client base for more than 34
years. Forms include Superbills, Patient Receipts, Patient Statements, UB-04 Forms, PT Forms and Custom Letters. Reports include various financial & practice analysis reports and well as data export to Excel Spreadsheets and CSV Files.
SMG Online Backup
SMG Online Backup is a reliable, secure, hosted offsite backup solution built specifically for your practice. Have peace of mind with secure, remote offsite storage to protect your data. Individual servers and workstations can be backed up. Files can be restored immediately if necessary.
Data Conversions
With the introduction of new EMR software there is an increased demand to move data between
systems. SMG can move data in and out of Lytec and we can preload Lytec with Demographic information as well as extract data for any purpose. Also we have developed interfaces for Labs and different EMR programs.
Lytec Support
At SMG we take support very seriously. Our support specialists have many years of experience and take the extra step to insure all calls are answered completely and correctly. We offer support contracts allowing unlimited calls, contracts for a total number of hours, and an option to pay per incident.
Lytec Education/Training
SMG's team of specialists have been providing education and training to the Healthcare Industry for more than 34 years. Whether it's one-on-one, classroom or webinar, we provide effective training on the latest features and functions of Lytec. Our classes can be geared to specific staff functions such as Front Desk, Billing or Collections.
Lytec Data Repair
SMG offers data repair services for versions of Lytec going as far back as Lytec 6.5. SMG can create custom reports, export data, create mailing lists, and cleanup/archive data. We can split a practice into 2 practices:
History Transactions and Current Transactions. We have experience
with the Btrieve, SQL and Pervasive versions of Lytec.
